A. Through Search or Browse (Using Shopping Cart): Placing your first order with us is easy. Just follow these simple steps to order: 1. Once you have found your book(s) through search or browse links, Just click on the "Add to Cart" link which is present against all the titles. However, if you wish to first view the details about the book then you can click on the descriptive link (i.e., the title). You’ll be taken to that book’s Detail Page. On the Detail Page, you will see a detailed description of that book. Just click on the "Add to Cart" link. This link is present on all the pages that display detail information about a book. 2.
When you click "Add to Cart" link, a message will appear
instantly on your screen which informs you that the title you selected has been
successfully added to your Shopping Cart.
Please
Note: Only one copy of a title will be added to the Shopping Cart,
which, however, can be changed in Step 3 given below. You can add as many books
as you want to your Shopping Cart. 3.
Once you Checkout, you will be able to view your Shopping Cart which will
display the item(s) you have added along with the total price and the total
amount. At this point you will have the following options: 4.
Once you are through and you have decided about the books you wish to order,
just click on the "Create Order" button on your Shopping Cart.
You will then be required to fill an Order Form. 5.
Once you have filled in all the required details, click on "Send
Order". You
will view our Thank You page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us
within 24 hours. B.
Through Wish List: Place
your order through My WishList by following these simple steps: 1.
Click on Your Account link, which is there at the top right on every
page. 2.
Click on My WishList link, which will show all the books you had already
stored during your previous visit(s). 3.
Select the book(s) you want to order by simply clicking on the "Add to
Cart" link which is present against all the titles. However, if you
wish to first view the details about the book then you can click on the
descriptive link (i.e., the title). You’ll be taken to that book’s Detail
Page. On the Detail Page, you will see a detailed description of that book.
Just click on the "Add to Cart" link if
you wish to buy the book. This link is present on all the pages that display
detail information about a book. 4.
Once you have put the selected book(s) into your Shopping Cart, click on Checkout.
You will be able to view your Shopping Cart which will display the item(s) you
have added along with the total price and the total amount. At this point you
will also have the following options: 5.
Once you are through and you have decided about the books you wish to order,
just click on the "Create Order" button on your Shopping Cart.
You will then be required to fill an Order Form. 6.
Once you have filled in all the required details, click on "Send
Order". You
will view our Thank You page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us

are also welcome to place your orders with us using any one of the following: (a)

mention the title, author, quantity required and the desired mode of shipping.
If ordering from our Catalogue please do mention the IN-Code for easy
identification and faster processing of your order. (b) indicate
clearly your name and complete address including country. If the shipping
address is different from that of ordering please indicate so clearly. If
you want to cancel or change an order placed with us, just send us an e-mail as
soon as possible. Be sure to include the following details: Indicate
clearly if you want to cancel or change the complete order or some book(s)
only. If
you wish to cancel or change some book(s) only, then indicate the complete
title, author and the IN-Code or any other information that you have. Please
Note: We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. We

SHIPPING & DELIVERY Indus
has been in the mailorder business since the 1980s. We, therefore, naturally
have the experience and expertise in all the departments right from collecting
information about new books to the efficient handling and processing of your
orders, supported by an excellent customer service. Packing: Each
book is checked carefully before packing which is done with utmost care to
enable the packet/carton to withstand several handlings during the transit, so
that you receive your order in perfect condition. We have been often
complimented for our safe packing. Shipping: You may choose any one of
the following modes of shipment while sending your orders. 2.

Time: Delivery
time is dependent on the mode of shipment you choose and the availability of the
book(s) you order. So when you actually receive your order is as follows: Availability
+ Payment Realisation Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time. Where
availability is the time we take to acquire a book once you have placed an order
for it. This DOES NOT include the amount of time taken by your payments to reach
us and the time taken by your order to reach you, once we ship it. We
notify you through e-mail as soon as your order is shipped. This will also
inform you about your order as well as when you can expect your order to arrive. Great
care is taken to ensure that the book(s) ordered by you are supplied correctly
and packed well so that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, in
the event of any of the following, you may return to us any book(s) within 7
days of the receipt of your order, subject to our prior permission. We shall
refund you the amount of the book(s) in full. Book(s)
supplied by us in error. That is, when the title(s) does not match with the

which have manufacturing defect and have been supplied by us inadvertently.
That is, book(s) with loose/torn/dirty pages, binding or cover, or any other

cost of return (the postage) is to be borne by the cutomer. We request you
to ensure that the book is packed well and returned to us only through air
mail or courier. Claims
are accepted in any print or electronic format: Library Claim forms, letters,
e-mail or copies of the original order. Claims should, if at all possible,
provide the same complete bibliographical information that was on the original
order form, including the ISBN, publishers name and the date of the original

Started: Creating an Account You
need to create an Account with us before you place your orders. Having an
Account enables you to place orders faster and more easily and allows you to use
the WishList. And for us it enables us to process your orders faster. Your
userid and password are the primary keys to your Create or Log On to
your Account; they must be entered before any information can be accessed. You
can create your account, following the simple steps given below, either before
shopping or while shopping when you Checkout. 1.
If you want to create an Account in advance, i.e. before shopping, click on the
Your Account link at the top right of every page which will then take you to
Your Account page. Alternatively,
you may first shop for the books and when you are ready to Checkout, you’ll be
prompted to Create Your Account. 2.
Next you will see the Create Your Account Page where you will be required to
enter your billing and shipping information. All the information you enter
will be saved in Your Account so that you do not enter the information again
when you shop next. Please make sure that the information furnished by you is
correct, specially your name and address. Take

Your Password or Profile You
can always change your password or profile. Here's how: 1.
Please click on the Your
Account link at the top
right of every page, which will take you to the Your Account page. 5.
Once you have made all your changes, click Save My Changes.
Shopping
Cart is a helpful feature that allows you to store the book(s) you wish to
order, so that you do not have to search for them again. It functions just like
your shopping bag where you put all the articles you want to buy. You can always
add, delete or change the quantity of the articles before you place your firm
order. Some of the advantages of Shopping cart are listed below: •
Each customer has a separate, private and a secure Shopping
Cart which cannot be viewed by others. •
You can add as many books as you want to your Shopping Cart. Just click on the Add
to Cart link which is present against all the titles on all pages. •
You can view your Shopping Cart by clicking on the View
Cart link which is present at the top right corner of every page. It
will then display the list of book(s) you have added to your Cart without your
having to switch back and forth between screens. •
Shopping Cart also allows you to remove and item or change its quantity before
placing your order. Here's how: a)
Removing an Item. Check the Remove Item Checkbox and click Update Your
Cart. •
Shopping Cart also acts as a Proforma Invoice which indicates the price and
total amount for each book along with the net amount for your total order. •
Once you are through, just click on the "Create Order" button
on your Shopping Cart to proceed further. •
The item(s) you add to your Shopping Cart will be stored for approximately two
hours. WishList
is a powerful and a customer-friendly shopping tool that allows you to store
your favourite book(s) which you can order later on. This saves the time and
labour of searching again and again. Some of the features of the WishList are; •
Each customer has a separate, private and a secure WishList
which cannot be viewed by others. •
You can add as many books as you want to your WishList. Just click on Add to
WishList link which is present against all the titles on all the pages. •
You can view your WishList by clicking on the Your
Account link which is present at the top right corner of every page.
It will then display the list of book(s) you have added to your WishList without
your having to switch back and forth between screens. •
WishList gives you the option to add only the selected book(s) which you want to
buy at the moment to your Shopping Cart. The rest of the book(s) remain stored
which can be viewed later on. •
The item(s) you add to your WishList will be stored for 90 days. BOOK
